We have been established to serve the families of St. Mary School, who desire both Catholic education and supplemental day care in a safe and structured environment.  This program provides care, supervision, and recreational activities.

Registration Fee:
There is a non-refundable fee of $25 per family, due by August 1, 2010.  Pre-payment fees and registration fees are due at this time. Families must be registered to attend.

Operating Hours:
Full Day Session of School—EDP Hours - 2:50 to 6:00 pm
Half Day Session of School—EDP Hours—12:30 to 6:00 pm

* Fees for Late Arrival at Pick Up Time:
6:00—6:10  $  5.00                       6:31—6:40  $20.00
6:11—6:20  $10.00                       6:41—6:50  $25.00
6:21—6:30  $15.00                       6:51—7:00  $30.00
Fees for late pick-ups will be collected at the time of late arrivals.

If late pick-ups become too frequent, students will be removed
from program.

Hourly Rates charged for the Pre-Payment Program:
Full Time Scheduled: $3.00 per hour per student
$5.00 per hour per 2 students
Part Time Scheduled: $3.50 per hour per student
$6.00 per hour per 2 students
Occasional Unscheduled:  $4.00 per hour per student

Extra-curricular Clubs:
If your student begins participation in after school clubs, you may deduct credit in your next month’s payment.

Pre-payment Fees (Late Fees):
If payment is not received by the 1st of the month (October through June), you will be charged a $10 late fee.

Holidays:
On 12:30 pm dismissal days before Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter, EDP will not be available. No EDP on the last
day of school.

Homework:
Quiet time is available for students who would like to begin their homework. We encourage the students to begin their assignments, but do not require it.

Behavior:
Any student enrolled in St. Mary School Extended Day Program is expected to follow the code of behavior in the school handbook.  All students are expected to respect staff, each other, and property.  It is a privilege to attend, not a right.  Inappropriate behavior will be handled by the principal, and if behavior does not improve, your student will be removed.  Students may never leave EDP without permission from the EDP staff.

Student Safety:
An updated emergency form must be on file each year.  Only those adults listed in your file will be eligible to pick up your child. Identification is required to release your student if we are not familiar with the adult.  Notify the staff and sign out your child from EDP each day.

Absences:
No reimbursements for days missed in the program.  When school is not in session, EDP will not be available (due to emergencies or weather factors).

Attire:
The St. Mary School uniform is the appropriate attire. You may receive permission to change if you need to have your student ready for a game, dance class, etc.  Label all items that belong to your student.  We are not responsible for lost items.  Pre-K and kindergarten children will need to have a change of clothes available in their school bags.
